Lempart Flex Refund and Withdrawal Policy
The rule
A plan is refunded in full on request as long as the eSIM has not been installed. Once the eSIM is installed, or once any data has been used, the plan is not refundable — except when the eSIM could not be activated in its coverage area through no fault of yours, in which case we refund in full.
How to ask
From the order page in the app, or by email to support@lempart.app with your order number. Tell us what happened; if the eSIM did not work, say where you were and what your phone showed — it helps us fix it for you and for the next traveller.
What we check
Whether the eSIM was installed and whether any data was used, as the network reports it. A plan that was never installed is refunded in full, no questions asked.
If the eSIM did not work
Contact us while you are still travelling. If the eSIM could not be activated in its coverage area through no fault of yours (for example, a phone that is eSIM-capable and unlocked, in a covered place, and still no service), we refund the plan in full.
Timing and method
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of our decision; your bank may take a few more days to show it. We never refund to a different card or in cash.
Right of withdrawal
Where the law of your place of residence gives you a withdrawal period for digital services, it applies; installing the eSIM is your request to start the service immediately, and the refund rule above then governs.
Disputes
If you disagree with a decision, reply to our email and a person will look again. Contact: support@lempart.app.
