Cookie Policy

The Lempart Flex apps for iPhone and Android do not use cookies or advertising trackers. They store on your phone only what they need to work: the app's own settings, the design it downloaded, and the access details of the eSIMs you bought (in the phone's secure keychain). Both apps embed Stripe's payment SDK, which stores what Stripe needs to take a payment and to spot fraud. That happens at the payment step, not while you browse.

Our website (https://lempart.app) uses these strictly necessary cookies, which need no consent: • the cookies our hosting provider (Cloudflare) sets to protect the site from abuse; • a cookie holding the language you chose to read the site in — two letters, nothing else, no identifier and nothing about you; • the cookies Stripe sets once you reach the payment step. Stripe.js loads only when you click Pay — not on any page before it — and the cookies it then sets are Stripe's own, used to process the payment and to detect fraud; • if you sign in to the owner's area, the sign-in token your browser keeps. Your browser also keeps a few things of its own on this site so that it works: the language you picked, the name shown in the corner when you are signed in, and the orders you have opened, so the site can find them again. That is stored by your browser, on your device, and never sent anywhere. • if you arrive through a link from a comparison site that works with us (for example eSIMDB), a referral cookie (lf_ref) holding that site’s short name and the time you arrived, kept for 30 days, so that we can pay the site that sent you. It contains nothing about you; a copy is also kept in your browser’s local storage.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not profile visitors. Browsing data is shared with no one, except with Google for analytics if you allow it, as described below. When you arrive for the first time the site chooses a language from the country your connection comes from — the country your network already tells every website you visit. It is never stored and never linked to you.

Optional analytics cookies (website only). If you allow it, the website uses Google Analytics 4, a service of Google LLC, to count visits and to see which pages lead to purchases. Until you press “Accept” in the cookie banner, nothing from Google is loaded and no analytics cookie is set; “Decline” keeps analytics off. Once you accept, Google Analytics sets its own cookies (_ga and _ga_35EVNDMFMT, kept for up to two years) and receives the pages you visit, the page that sent you, your browser and device type, and an approximate location; Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. When you buy, it receives the order reference, the plan, the price and the currency — never your email address, your name or your card details. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off, so none of this is used to target or personalise ads. If you accept, a purchase is also reported to Google Ads, also a service of Google LLC — the order reference, the price and the currency only — so that we can measure whether our search ads lead to sales; no advertising cookie is set. The iPhone and Android apps do not use analytics.

Your choice is remembered in your browser (in its local storage, not in a cookie), and you can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the website. Withdrawing consent stops analytics from then on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser; the public pages keep working without them, and the site will simply ask which language you read.
