Your order and your eSIM

I paid but my eSIM has not arrived. What do I do?

Your order and your eSIM

Stay on the order page for a minute. It waits for the network to issue the eSIM and updates itself when it does, which normally takes under a minute.

If you gave an email address and the page is gone, check that inbox, including the spam folder.

If more than a few minutes have passed with nothing on the order page, write to us with the order number. If we cannot issue the eSIM at all, the order is cancelled and the payment released or refunded in full.

What happens right after I pay?

The order page opens and the eSIM is issued onto it, usually within about a minute. The page updates itself while it waits.

On it you get three ways to install: a one-tap link for a recent iPhone, a QR code, and the two values to type in by hand. Any one of them is enough.

If you gave an email address, the same details arrive there too. If you did not, keep the order number from this page.

How do I find my order again?

Open the find page and enter the order number, plus either the last four digits of the ICCID or the email address the receipt went to.

That opens the order: the install details, what is left on the plan, the receipt and the refund form. No account and no password.

If you signed in with Apple or Google when you bought, your orders are also gathered in your account on any device you sign in on.

My payment was declined. What now?

The reason comes from your bank, not from us, and the checkout shows what they said. A foreign online purchase is the commonest thing they block.

Try another card or one of the wallets offered, or approve the purchase in your banking app and try again.

If the order was created but not paid, nothing was charged and no eSIM was issued. If you see a charge with no eSIM, send us the order number.
