Your order and your eSIM

How do I send an eSIM to someone else?

Your order and your eSIM

Open the order page and make a link for it. Send them that link, by any means you like.

The link opens their half of the order: the install details and what is left on the plan. They need no account, no app and no invitation.

It carries nothing of yours. They cannot see your receipt or your other plans, and they cannot ask for a refund.

Can I buy an eSIM for someone else?

Yes, any plan. You pay, then make a link from the order page and send it to them. They install it themselves.

It carries nothing of yours. They cannot see your receipt, your card or your other plans, and they cannot ask for your money back.

Can I take back an eSIM I gave away?

Before they install it, yes. A new link replaces the old one, and closing it stops the old one working.

After they install it, no. The eSIM is on their phone, the plan is running, and nothing we could do would look like taking it back — so the order page stops offering it and says why.

The link is shown once. If it was lost in forwarding, make a new one.

Can the person I gave an eSIM to see my receipt?

No. Their link opens the eSIM and nothing else: how to install it and what is left on it.

It cannot read your receipt, cannot see your other plans, and cannot request a refund on your payment.

Top-ups are the payer’s side too. An eSIM given away cannot be topped up by you from your side.
