When you land

Why does my data usage look wrong?

When you land

The figure we show comes from the network, and networks report late — sometimes by hours. A quiet morning can look like a quiet week.

Your phone’s own counter updates immediately, so use that when you need to know what is happening right now.

If the two disagree by a large margin after a day has passed, send us the order number and what each one says.

How do I check how much data I have used?

Your order page shows what the network has reported: how much of the plan has been used, and out of what.

Your phone’s own counter is the live one. iPhone: Settings → Cellular → the travel line. Android: the SIM’s data usage screen.

On an unlimited plan the number that decides your speed is the amount used today, not the total. Full speed returns at the start of each new day.

My internet is slower than I expected. Why?

On an unlimited plan, the usual reason is the daily full-speed amount. Once a day passes it, the connection carries on at the slower speed printed on that plan until the next day begins, when full speed returns.

The other reasons are local: coverage where you are standing, the time of day, and how busy the network is. We buy access to local networks and cannot make them faster than they are.

Check which network the phone is on, and try picking another by hand. A different operator in the same place can be a different experience.

How do I contact support?

Through the support page, or by email to support@lempart.app. Include your order number if you have one.

A person reads it and answers by email, usually within one working day. There is no phone tree and no chatbot pretending to be somebody.

You do not need an account to write to us, and the support page works from any device — useful when the phone with the problem has no internet.
