بيان إمكانية الوصول

الإصدار 3 · سارٍ من 2026-10-21

We want everyone to be able to find, buy and install an eSIM on our website and in our apps — including people who use a keyboard instead of a mouse, a screen reader, zoom, or high-contrast settings.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we checked on 18 October 2026

• Keyboard: links, buttons and form fields show a visible focus outline when you reach them with the keyboard. • Pictures: every image on our pages carries a text description. • Motion: animations are switched off when your device asks for reduced motion. • Language: every page declares its language, in each of our 18 languages, and Arabic pages read right to left. • Skip to content: since 21 October 2026, the first link on every page — shown when you reach it with the keyboard — jumps past the menu straight to the page's content, in each of our 18 languages. • Forms: every field of our support form has a written label, and nothing on the website asks you to solve a puzzle we cannot also offer by email.

What we have not checked yet

An independent accessibility specialist has not yet audited our website or apps. We have not yet measured colour contrast on every page or tested with every screen reader. We are working on these, and this statement will say when they are done.

Tell us about a problem

If anything on our website or in our apps is hard to use, write to support@lempart.app and tell us which page and what happened. We answer within one working day and will help you finish what you came to do — by email if that is easier.

This statement was last reviewed on 21 October 2026.
