Your order and your eSIM

How do I sign in?

Your order and your eSIM

With Apple or with Google. There is no password to create and none for us to store.

Your email comes from whichever of them you used, which is also where receipts go. It is changed there rather than with us.

Signing in is optional at every step, including buying.

Do I need an account to see my eSIMs?

No. Orders bought in a browser stay in that browser, and any order can be opened again with its order number.

An account is useful for one thing: gathering your purchases across devices, so an eSIM bought on a laptop shows up on your phone.

Signing in is with Apple or Google, so there is no password for us to hold.

Can I add an order I bought as a guest to an account?

Yes. Sign in on the device that made the purchase, and the orders it is holding can be claimed onto the account.

Nothing about the eSIM changes when you do. It keeps working exactly as it was.

If the purchase was made on a device you no longer have, use the order number instead.

How do I delete my account?

From inside your account, in a few seconds. The page on deleting an account sets out each step and what happens.

If you cannot reach it — a lost phone, say — write to us from the address the account uses and ask. A person reads it and answers.

Your sign-in is removed straight away and ordinary personal data within seven days.
